Passionate and self-driven, I am a creative force with over two decades of experience in the lending industry. Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise and acumen in various aspects of lending, ranging from traditional agency FNMA/FHMLC direct correspondence to niche specialties in portfolio lending.

My journey began with in-house processing, underwriting, and closing, focusing on 1-4 single-family residences. Over the years, I have expanded my repertoire to encompass a diverse range of lending products, including FHA, VA, and Jumbo loans. My expertise extends further into specialized areas such as new construction, lot and land financing, as well as condominium financing for both warrantable and non-warrantable properties.

In addition to residential lending, I have delved into commercial and multifamily lending, developing creative strategies for bridge loans. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of traditional economic impacts on monetary policy and the real estate sector. I meticulously analyze price and yield platitudes, recognizing their implications on various bonds directly tied to mortgage products.

My technical mastery extends to bond chart analysis, employing both Eastern and Western technical reads to inform my strategies. I am adept at navigating the complex forces of supply and demand within the real estate market, with a particular focus on the Austin metro and Central Texas corridor.

In 2023, I founded Nautilus Lending, a brokerage and non-delegated lender rooted in Texas and licensed to serve clients in Florida and Tennessee. As the founder, I have imbued Nautilus Lending with a commitment to excellence and innovation, striving to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Prior to founding Nautilus Lending, I served as a founding member and loan officer for Barton Creek Lending Group, where I dedicated 21 years of tenure. Within Barton Creek Lending Group, I held various roles including Senior Loan Officer and Branch Owner-Partner. During my tenure, I played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company, contributing my expertise and leadership to drive results.
